Prices on shelf cheaper then Till Price

I purchased a good "Pantene 2 minute deep soothing Mask" which was priced by the goods on the shelf at R39.99 and when it went through the till, and paid for it, My reciept showed I had been charged R64.99 After alot of inconvenience and unfriendly staff I eventual got back the balance of the two prices. My friends and family have had similiar experiences and always in the stores favour!!!
