Bad service no follow up on returned goods

I would like to complain about Home choice I ordered a food processor Presto it came on time and I paid cash it was not an instalment I was promised that it will come with an electrical whisk and the processor just came alone and to add on that it was not working had to return it by post and to post its not for free its another money called the call centre to confirm if they have found the processor and yes I was told that it came trough this was in December and it was posted in November and they said somebody will call me and give me feed back on what will happen if they will give me a new one, or what? until today no one has called the call canter several times was told in the next two days someone will call me called again then they say in the next 5 days this company is playing monkey games I am irritated and they are so incompetent instead the services is even worse that even when you call the call centre you get cut off its waist of airtime on my side. Please I don't need the processor any more just my R1075 back now its fine even if they don't pay back for postage expense.
