MY MOTHER WAS ROBBED IN STORE

On the 23rd Jan my mother who is 82 and always shops at this Pick"nPay was robbed instore by a man who kept pushing a trolley at her and while she reacted the others took her purse out of her handbag which was over her arm. When she went for assistance to the Management the black ladies were very helpful but the Manager (White) was so busy chatting with some friends he was really not interested in the problem and just said there was another the day before and waved the whole incident off. i find this kind of behaviour to an old lady unacceptable. Have they improved their security I wonder seeing that there have been more incidents.
