Lost purse with money, license and cards

I believe to have left my purse on the counter in the Kiosk counter as this is where I saw it last. I have reported this on the 14th of December a few minutes after the incident. I have returned to the store and spoke to the owner himself to view cameras on those moments I spent in the store. The owner was going to call me with feedback on the 26th of December. But to this day I have gotten NO response. I have been back to the store and have been given different versions of what happened that day and still told that I am not allowed to make an appointment with the store owner. I cannot believe that this matter is going on for almost two months and still has not been put to rest. I am utterly disappointed.
