NO CALL BACK!

After I posted my report, I got a phone call the nest day from the area manager, Vanie, she did promise me that she would call me back the next day, with regards to the outcome of my complaint. It is over a week now and I still have not heard from Vanie or anyone from Sterns to date. Please let me know what is going on, as this is totally UNACCEPTABLE!!!
