Treated like a common

Went to Mr P in Promenade mall. Found something and wanted to fit it on. Clinton was at the fitting room &wouldnt let me in until he searched by bag, but couldnt tell me why, i eventually opened my bag but he insisted on looking through the contents. Fekile came to the back and i said i will sort it out with HQ. He followed me to the from and told me i can phone the head office now if i wanted too. I asked for the manager (Bashier) who apologised profusely, but did not offer anything else, no resolution. Never doing business there AGAIN. the questions i have are as follows: WHY IS THERE A MAN IN THE FITTNG ROOM FOR A UNISEX FITTING ROOM. WHAT GIVE THEM THE RIGHT TO TREAT ME LIKE A CRIMINAL? WHY DO YOU NEED TO SEARCH MY BAG IN THE FITTING ROOM WHEN SECURITY WILL DO IT WHEN I LEAVE? Looking forward to the response. Not holding my breathe as MR P is known for their bad service
