On 13 Jan 2014 I settled my YDE account in full and then sent an email to them at [Email Removed] to close the account and to confirm to back to me via email that this was done. I have not heard anything back from YDE since then. I have followed up with them but still no response.
I find this totally unacceptable and unprofessional.
All I want is an email sent to my email address [Email Removed] confirming that my YDE account has been settled and closed. I need this letter urgently.
