Decined Payday Loan

I have been making use of a "PaY Day" from Cash Cash Convertors Fourways once a month for 4 months, they have always been paid on my pay day. Today I was declined due to an incorrect debit from my vehicle finance company, who debited me R7890 instead of my mothly instalment of R901, I asked my bank to return the incorrect debit and its now come up on my statement as a "dispute" I am now required to produce a letter from the finance company stating that they accept the reversal of the incorrect amount of R7890, I feel that this dispute was an error from the finance company and now I am being penalised by Cash convertors. Furhter more Jeff the Manager was not interested in looking at the previous months where the finance company debited me R901... What does trust mean to CashConvertors, 4 months regular payments as my salary are paid into my account... Very disappointed.
