On Saturday 25/01/2014 my wife and I went to collect an item we had sent in a couple of weeks ago that was faulty. We were contacted a day or two before and advised the item was due for collection.

We arrived around the same time that Bankserv were having issues with all the banks debit and credit cards. My wife was stuck in the Returns/Collections area for close on 30min. We she returned she mentioned that the supervisor had informed her that the staff were on a go-slow. Seriously... on month-end?? If they don't need their jobs then they should be fired. There are many unemployed people walking the streets that would be willing to do the job.

Totally unacceptable.

I normally have excellent service (and i have complimented you through Hellopeter in the past) from that area (actually from all departments in your branch)... what happened to Returns and Collections dept?
