Stocking Service going backwards

I lodged a compliment last year about this branch, but since the blockman left, I have very different backwards service. For one, I used to order bones for my dogs - got SMS'd and received good quality. Since then the new blockman never returned my requests and when I ordered bones in store, I hardly ever got the same quality or sometimes, they just didn't keep my order for the next day.

Since then, I found that some other stock just got depleted and not replaced. I've been waiting a week for Koffie Huis - Strong product, today I found that their dog food, Canine Cuisine for large dogs, was depleted. It took me to call a manager to ask him to check the back store for stock after the packer that promised to check the store did not return after 30minutes. Only to be told they don't have and don't know whether their buyer had ordered any.

Sunlight Dishwasher granules - out. This is on the their busiest 'Pay day' day and they do not have stock. Has the management changed or gone backwards? Is changing retailers a better option?
