Poor service

Good day

I would like to express my unsatisfactory service received by the checkers staff, I want there about 7:40 to collect money to buy groceries for my house, I was then told the system was down. But I really didn't believe the lady as she didn't even check the system, and she talks to her other employee in her language and ignores me until my sister in laws gets her attention and told me to go to randburg branch which she failed to say that they close at 8 PM. At this time it should have been around 7:49, and everyone knows no matter how fast you drive, u would have never made it on time from North riding to randburg in 11 minutes. If I knew that they close at 8PM I would have never went there and I should have even been sent there, I had wasted my time and efforts. I feel the consultant should learn soft skills, manners, and leave to smile. I understand that the day was long, but to be rude and agnnorent isn't acceptable, especially since I need the funds to feed my family tonight, if I really needed the funds 2m I could have let the banks handle it via EFT. I even told the the lady I really needed the funds but she didn't care cos it wasn't her problem
