High Charges and poor service

I purchased a tennis bracelet for my girlfriend. The tennis bracelet was too large so I requested them to remove six stone for which they charged me R 410.00 which I think is a bit exorbitant plus usually jewellers do not charge for alterations if you have recently purchased the item from their store, on top of charging for links to be removed they never contacted me to inform me that the bracelet was ready for collection an never returned the six stones that were removed. I feel this service is poor and they also take advantage of charging the customer for alterations required once they have purchased the item.
