I went to Teljoy Boksburg in the first week of January 2014, to upgrade my Defy Fridge for one with a water dispenser, they told me there is no stock but Defy opens on the 8th of Jan and they will call me and let me know, needless to say I never received the call when I called them to follow up they said they would call me back on 22 Jan which also never happen when I call the store on 24th Jan they had no idea what I was talking about regarding a fridge and Marie said she never told me that defy opened on the 8th but on the 20th when I told her she is lying she said she would never of said that I told her if she told me that from the beginning I wouldn't be so upset, she told me that Niel in their warehouse said maybe the first week in Feb but she doesn't know I can call Niel myself to check, I feel that the service is terrible and they give no feedback, just based on that I will not be referring anybody to Teljoy Ever, I am now on 24th waiting for feedback lets see what happens either they resolve this or I'm cancelling all my contracts with them.
