The most rude person i have ever met

I had such unopleasant experience ten minutes ago. Dikeledi on the express till said to me I must be patient with her because her counting change is more important than what I am there to do. She then pointed her finger at me saying I am not threat to her when I told her I was going to report her and she said I can report her wherever I want making a scene in the store. is this what pnp benmore prides itself in? I am so shocked and I thought I am going to definitely take this matter further.
