No delivery after two months and no refund in 1 mo

I bought a kettle on the 5th of November and after two months of the run around and one month of being told that I should expect the refund in 48 hours and promises to phone me back... I still don't have anything.

It feels like a I have only spoken to one person ANNA NEL.

Such a pity and very disappointing!!!
