Zando
Return merchandise but recieved no refund

I purchased a pair of black jeans in a size 34. The goods arrived timeously so I was impressed. However, the size was European so they were actually 2 sizes too big. I contacted Zando and again the courier arrived timeously to collect. That's where the good luck ended. They collected on the 17th December but by the second week in January I had still not been refunded. When I called they advised that the refund was with the finance department and it would be done by the end of the week. 2 weeks later and still no refund. Zando did not respond to any of my emails so I called again. Now they tell me it was not returned in a saleable condition as I had worn the jeans! I am furious - I put the jeans straight back in the original packaging the day I received them and there is no way I could wear them - they are huge, I could fit another person in them. A complete waste of R270. I will never ever use Zando again and I will be lodging a complaint with the consumer council.
