I had a Connection card which was discontinued at the end of September 2013. Since then I have not received any updated invoice from November 2013 to date. When you contact the call centre to obtain iformation the automated system keeps cutting you off. After the tenth time that you have tried you get through but when you speak to a person they tell you to hold on very rudely and abruptly and then cut you off again. How difficult must it be just to obtain information from Incredible Connection to pay. If this is the service they give we mst wonder how long they will be in existence.
