What can I say, does customer service still exist at PnP? I`m still awaiting for management to get back to me regarding my shocking experience at Bedworth park hyper... looks like pnp dont need me as a customer...

frozen fridges - filthy - please show me your cleaning register...
Managers walking on floor on cell phone
Merchandisers, run you over with overloaded flat bed trolleys
Merchandisers talking on the shop floor with there cell phones
Till points a mess
Deli needs to be cleaned - please show me the cleaning schedule - did not see separate bucket for cloths and sanitizers no where to be seen...
Out off stocks is scary - pnp dental floss out off stock for more than 3 months?
