Best Edgars store Manager I have ever met!

Over a week ago I was very very unhappy with an experience at the Hillbrow street pretoria branch. I was angry and frustrated with the way things were handled, the manager and his staff. However. On Saturday, I agreed to an appointment with Lucky, who had spoken with me telephonically.

I must ad that I am truly impressed with the light hearted, soft spoken, attentive and focused manager, I was once angry with. Instead of a cheap over the phone sorry, Lucky invited me back to the store, to relate to events, indicate where he had gone wrong and even gave an sincere apology and hand shake. He was looking neat and trendy in his urban gear. Had his name tag, he smiled and he listened to my frustrations. WOW! Even his staff were organized, professional, and smiling as I walked in store.

Lucky really made me feel at home and asked that I do not leave without a gift voucher, which was appropriate. He understood where I was coming from, the shop was clean with fresh clothing gear and good air. There was no dust or dirt and all clients were appreciated!

That is definitely one of the stores I will visit every month end.

Well done Lucky. You've outdone yourself
