Mr Price Sport
Wrong Infomation

I went to Mr price sport in Bayside because another store was out of sock of the item i was looking for. I get there and they were also out of stock and so where the other branches but they said they could offer me the one on display so I said fine.
I needed to increase my limit so the guy gave me a form to fill out and said I will revive an sms in 2 days telling me that my limit has been increased. I did not hear anything for a few days so I went back to find out what was going on. They said they will follow up for me on Monday and let me know.

I went back today because it has been over a week and I had heard nothing. I spoke to a lady about it and she said that I can't request a limit increase, I have to receive an sms telling me I qualify first.

No one gave me the correct information both times that I was there. It has been 2 weeks that I have been waiting and asking for them to sort the problem out to now be told today that I can't request a limit increase.

I would not have requested it if I knew it could not be done but I was lead to believe that I could.
I am extremely upset about all of this, I had to waste my time all because no one could give me the right information.
