Pathetic Voucher Scheme

We bought R3000-00 rands of Groceries at Spar which entitled us to 2 Vouchers for a weekend away. WOW what an opportunity. We wanted to take friends along as we had 2 vouchers and enjoyed a nice weekend away. Firstly what a mission to log on to the various sites, then to find out you cant book 2 vouchers under the same e mail address or use the same credit card to pay for the administration fees, it took us nearly 3 hours to try and resolve this. What a Joke.

Then the surprises started, firstly we received a page with all the destinations on it with the vouchers and yet again when going on to the website these destinations did not exist on the web Page, how pathetic. Then the biggest surprise of all, the vouchers says that you have to have breakfast and supper in these hotels, not a problem, but paying for 2 people breakfast and supper for 2 evenings and paying around R1200-00 what a joke.

Spar stop bull clients with your Voucher schemes, how many people can afford those costs, then also you loose the R158-00 administration fees per voucher, as you first have to pay these costs before you can do the bookings and find out your unexpected surprises.
