I purchased the very expensive Hausmeister vacuum cleaner as I wanted a superior product.

I am very frustrated that I have had to wait up to 3 months in order to purchase new filters. I will need more soon and wonder how long I will wait for these.

The carpet cleaning nozzle has broken off and of course no spare of that either, been waiting over 2 months for this and needless to say, i cannot use this feature to clean soiled carpets. I suppose it will be in stock when my machine is out of warranty and I will have to fork out R1500 to replace it.

I have had the machine for a year and I am very disappointed and fed up. Ready to hand it back.
