Bad Customer Service

I visited the Edgars Store in Cape Gate shopping centre, to open an account, the lady who was assisting me's name was Mercy, she was about 50% done with the application when the other lady named Nomwabo came to say she want to use that computer, so Mercy had to move and start everything all over again. I think that is the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a retailer. I won't ever suggest anyone to visit that store after the service I received.
