As a Human Resource Manager of a international company I truly understand how important good customer service is, and how rare excellent service is. That is why I would like to compliment Ramon on the awesome service he delivers time and time again. Ramon knows every single one of his customers by their surname, he is not only the Smashbox cosmetic consultant he is always willing to help whether you need a bathing suite or his opinion on a pair of shoes. I think Ramon would make a fantastic store manager but then again is he too talented to sit in the office the whole day. I must say if the company I work for had a cosmetics department Ramon would no longer be a Woolworths employee. I would like to suggest that Woolworths reward Ramon with a Regional Management position where he must be responsible for the training of all new cosmetic consultants as well as always be on the sales floor to interact with customers. Ramon Visazie is truly an asset to your company, he is truly an ambassador to the Woolworths brand.
