Not a nice atmosphere to walk into

I walked in to simply buy a set of towels. No one greeted me or offered any assistance. Not even a glance in my direction. When I went to pay a waited a while and Mind you there were only two other customers in the store. The floor manager came to the till no greetings told me to hand her my basket abrubtly and after that not a word till I gave her my card and I left after the transaction. I've never been in such a cold store with people with even icier personalities. Never going there again. What a shame a store full of beautiful things surrounded by people with ugly personalities.
