Mortein diffuser refills out of stock

I purchased a Target Mortein Naturgaurd indoor diffuser unit at Metro Hyper at Windhoek. It has a refill can inside and sprays every 15 minutes. After about 30 days the refill can has to be replaced. When I purchased the unit I noticed that there were no refill cans on the rack. The sales staff, however, assured me that the refills had been ordered and will be available in due time. I now need a refill but there is still no refills available and Metro has all sort of excuses. I think this is an excellent example of poor service!
