No gas bottle refills in stock anywhere

After two Saturday mornings, 4 shopping centres, 9 super stores across multiple brands and significant mileage and fuel I still have not been able to find a CO2 gas canister refill in Cape Town. What is the point of buying this product if I cannot find refills?
