I recently had a really bad experience with the CNA online store. I placed an order for a Christmas gift on the 15th Of December (this was before the given cutoff date for Christmas delivery - 18 Dec). After multiple phone calls to their call center and multiple promises of receiving my package I still have not received it by the 3rd of Jan.
I decided to request to cancel my order, and was told that someone will get back to me shortly (3 Jan), and today, 7 Jan, I still have not heard from anyone. I checked the website, and I had to request cancellation again for some reason!?
I've wasted a lot of airtime trying to get people to do their job, especially because they already billed me, and I'm guessing my time and airtime will not be refunded and this service is just pathetic.
