Worst service experience

I have to admit that my latest interaction with your staff member has left me with a bitter taste for your organisation. it is not what i am used to from this company. I applied for the promotion you had on your hi sense 32" LED sets and was promised that it would be installed, only to find out your delivery person was there just to drop the tv off. After hours on the phone at my own expense, I decided to cancel the contract. Then starts my next saga with you, my refund, why, if I cancelled the contract did I have to call back and enquire about my refund? This is truly poor customer service I believe or have you become too rich and do not bother with the consumer any longer Teljoy? But your agent was quick enough to tell me how much the penalty was for an early cancellation but could not bother to refund my deposit?
