Clothing damages washing machine

I have previously complained about the jeans we bought that keeps on giving off color. I received no reply. Our washing machine interior is permanently stained and the filters is obsolete because of this. The dye and debris from the clothing made a brand new twin tub machine of almost R3000 worthless. And yet Edgars fails to even reply!!!
