Otten prepacked meat 13 days before sell by date

I bought a prepacked cooked beef packet by Blaauwberg Meat Specialities. packed on 24/12/13 with sell by date of 13/01/14 on 1 Jan at 7 Eleven Glengariff Rd, Sea Point. On opening the packet at home a horrible rotten smell was experienced. Even my fingers smelled rotten! Today 2 Jan I phoned the company 021 7039553 and was asked to hold on for a Riaan. I started to explain to Riaan who then immediately asked me to hold on. After 5 minutes I was cut off. I phoned back and asked to speak to him again, but was then told to rather speak to the manager Johan, but after holding on many minutes i was told that he will phone me back within the next half hour since he was busy with off loading of meat! Needless to say he did not phone back, but I phoned back twice asking the receptionist that he must please phone me. But typical bad client service no phone call was made! This from a company mentioning on the packet - "finest export quality", "..to give you a superior quality product" Well, not only is their product rotten, so are their customer care!
