Old quality street sweets

Today is 2nd day I'm trying to lodge the complaint about their old sweets! Their phones just ring and you leave a message and no one phones! Yesterday they tried once calling, I missed the call, they didn't bother again! Today I left a message again and no one has phoned me! I bought two packets one which was used for my guests on Christmas day which had old soft toffees in the packet and the yellow ones a bit dry and the other packet which is mine, of which I still have that also have old toffees in! I have been buying quality street for years now and the toffees aren't supposed to be soft!!!
