LAMEST SALES PRACTICE UNDER THE SUN

Sent my documents on Friday 25th of Jan 2013, Victor called me back a few hrs later saying my credit has been approved. Went on Monday 28 Jan, selected a TV, Bed & Decorder. Signed my contract on Tuesday 29 January & Victor said my staff will be delivered by the end of the week. I sent him an e-mail saying he can deliver on Saturday, He called & confirmed that is in order.

I called him on Friday 1st February to enquire the DSTV installation process, & he said they SABC just confirmed my TV licence & they are busy authorising ''now now'' & I must come instore on Saturday morning for the decorder. I asked him what time the things will arrive, he said they will call me when they leave the warehouse.

It's Saturday morning now, I took out my bed. I call him & ask him when to expect the goods, & he tells me my employment was only confimed on Friday afternoon (01 Feb)

How do they approve credit b4 confirming employment?
How do they only confirm my employment 7 days after telling me that my credit is approved, 3 days after signing the contract?
Is Victor supposed to get commission after this service?
Now I must take my bed back inside & wait for next week?

BAD SERVICE!!
