I have a 3 year rent to own contract with Teljoy and there has been no communication from them in the 3 years except marketing. The contract has reached the end of its term and they have not advised as to what the process is to move from rent to own. I have sent them an enquiry via their website, called their call centre twice and cut off before speaking to anyone, sent an email to the customer care and have not received any response. I have not once received a statement of my account in the 3 years, and therefore do not know the status of my account or the process to follow seeing the contract has reached the end of its term. I have provided my contact details in my emails to them and I find it unacceptable that my queries are just gone ignored.
