Terrible Customer Service!!! No Communication!!!

I put an online application through for a store account on the 21/01/2013. To date I have had no feedback!!! 2weeks??? I understand they had system problems last week but let a person know whats going on. Everytime I call they say its pending confirmation of employment. I work for Standard Bank how hard can it be!! Then I get told my payslip has no stamp on it. Nobody told me about putting a stamp on it. My word. Woolworths is known for quality but if their customer service this much that does not count!!! Please can I have a decision if its not too much to ask. Approved or Declined really its as simple as that and some form of feedback!!!
