This is exactly what Clifford Molifi and the staff of Incredible Connection did today when I had to return a Sansui LifePad due to a faulty screen. Clifford immediately acted in a professional manner assisting me in every way possible. I was worried as this was a purchase in Pretoria and I stay in Mpumalanga about 400km away. Even though there was not a model in stock, he made sure that the display model was in excellent condition and ensured me that if there is any problems he will authorize the exchange if I need to take it to a store in Mpumalanga. He acted in a friendly professional manner and in no time the problem was resolved. Thank you to the two ladies keeping me company while Clifford was sorting out the replacement model.
