After having trouble getting my bike to the shop for a tyre replacement (due to my tyre deflating too quickly), I phoned full throttle vanderbijlpark and asked them whether they can pick up my bike from home or even lend me the tools to remove the wheel. As they explained, they dont normally pick up bikes on fridays, however they will try their best to accomodate me. Within an hour they phoned me and said they will come and pick it up with no extra charge, even though a live quite far away in sasolburg, about 20 km from the shop. I was completely amazed given the fact there was no added charges. Thanks to all they guys who assisted me! You truly gained a permanent customer!
