I purchased a make up bag three days prior only to decide it wasn't quite big enough or shaped right so I decided to return it and try find a better one. The manager on duty tried to inform me that my make up bag was not of 'resale quality' and I couldn't return it. I told him that if I could find another bag of a similar quality on sale he would return it. When I did so (and I did because the small two marks on the bag came from the metal wire on the inside that was rubbing through the fabric onto the outside, so it was a standard mark on all the bags) however he didn't keep his word. Then my italian good old dad had to get involved because obviously they thought it easy to mess around a young timid girl. He managed to get my bags returned but not without a fight. Should it be this hard to return something at a high end store like Woolies?
