Dont support bad dischem attitude

Bought a few smalls from Dischem at East rand mall and was helped by Gladys Mofokeng. She didn't succeed to bill my cheque card and declined my suggestions to use the card in a specific manner. After her failure I gave her an alternative card which succeeded to work in her manner of use. My wife asked if she could get her Dischem points card back and Gladys did not speak clearly upon which my wife asked for the card again. Gladys then explained herself with a bad tone of voice. We then repremanded her for her actions, she immediately called her till supervisor Petricia. Petricia didn't even listen to what happened or how to better the situation. Supervisors need to know how to deal with situations like these and if chains like these don't employ people that want to deal with customers then it will go downhill. I even repremNded Patricia for her actions in a diplomatic manner for not doing anything without any avail.

I should have rather bought from Clicks!
