Insulted and assaulted

I went to purchase a duvet set at sheet street attlyn shopping center in atteridgeville on the 23rd of Dec 2013 at about 13:00. Later in the afternoon I went back to exchange the item I bought for another duvet set because I had changed my mind. I was then told without even checking on the system that I won't be able to because the system had not even updated the 1st purchase and that I should come back the next day. I explained that I will not be able to come back the next day and that, that is a Xmas gift. This plea was met with insults and fingers pointed in my face, I was told that there are more important clients like doctors and advocates who shop in that store. The two ladies caused such a stare that other shoppers stopped to watch. I was humiliated and insulted but I stood my ground. Miraculously the system reversed the transaction without any problems. I suspect I was treated that way because it was almost time to go home and they couldn't be bothered. I have never been so humiliated in my entire life and I want this properly dealt with, I intend to take this matter forward.
