Worst service and liars

I bought a macbook air from incredible connection for R 13999, 99, within 3 months it stops working unless the power cable is plugged in, i took the machine to incredible connection to have it checked, as the CPA states that if a product stops doing what you purchased it for then it is a CPA claim, because a laptop is meant to be a portable pc and this was defeating the reason for which it was bought. At the store i took the machine in and they said they would try a CPA claim, 10 days later after phoning multiple times to find out what the store was doing, on the 10th day i was told it was the 9th. After making a fuss and waiting they attemped to call some people who didnt answer, this while i waited in the store for a while. Later that day i had to go back to collect my laptop, they said they couldnt do a CPA claim because of a scrath on the machine, How does a scrath affect a battery I asked, this is where they began to insult my intelligence as they began to tell a whole bunch of. I took the machine for a second opinion and they said this was not possible, They are liars and i would refrain from doing business or recomending them in future! This is the worse service Eve
