Waste old people's time

My gran went in the day before yesterday to fetch her new card and they wanted proof of address. So she went yesterday AGAIN with her Avbob policy as proof of address and the woman didn't want to still help her!! She wanted an account from her! The woman is about 85 and this is how they mess their customers around!!! Well woolworths just might have lost a customer!!!
