After spending hours on the phone being transferred from one person to the next, to people dropping the phone on me several times, nobody can tell me whats going on with my credit card account. I now have a judgement on my name with no way of being able to pay the arrears and no-one who is able to help me. I've been given 2x phone numbers of the agencies that deal with Woolworth's accounts of which both tell me that they have no record of me. What do we consumers do with unlawful acts like this. My details have never changed over the past 15 years so it's not like they couldn't make contact with me.
