I went @ da store to get myself a bottle of perfume siarmanii 100ml and there was no stock. So I shared with da sales consultant that I want try something different can they recommennd. Testing so many perfumes needed coffee beans in order to select properly coffee beans were stale. When Gareth was called in he said to me coffee beans r not Truworths standard and I probe what r u offering clients to use as a tool to make sure u mke da right decision when buying perfume. No answer from him. When asked abt the stock he said their stock is rotaional whereby the consultant had confirmed to me that they have had stock in a while and he knows. He was rude big headed spoke to me as nobody as for that matter I hold an account with Truworths. I left da store with out buying and intention was to buy. I think this man needs to training on CUSTOMER service which I think its basic as a customer is the KING.
