Rotten vegetables

On 25 November I bought a bag of sweet potatoes from Pick n Pay. On returning home I found most of the potatoes were rotten, you could put your finger right through them they were so vrot. I took a photo of them and the sell-by date label and threw the bag away. I then complained to Pick n Pay via Twitter. They asked me to email the details, which I did. Several days went by and no response so I tweeted again. They claimed to not have received my email so I sent it again. They received it and assured me they would get back to me. I have heard nothing and it is now 18 December.

It wasn't a huge amount of money but I am fed up with parting with the full and correct amount when I go shopping but the retailer gets away with NOT giving the full product I am paying for!
