Pathetic service and response from store manage

Approached Shoprite Mbekweni Midway Centre to purchase fruit. Previously I paid for items at kiosk which is approximately a week ago and today get told that the till is for staff only. When i called for the manager who failed to introduce himself and was reluctant to shake my hand told me i quote " i was not here last week i do not know why you paid here, go and stand in the line. " This is appauling, is this response because of the community in which this shoprite is based and that you feel the need to treat customers like they owe you something. What is even more upsetting is the fact that Morne (store manager) walked away while i was still talking to him. Pathetic!!!
