Money making racket!

We recently joined Discovery Vitality insurance. That in its self is a brilliant product, getting cash back for fuel purchases! Absolutely wonderful idea. One of the things you need to do to qualify for the maximum pointsis complete a Tiger Wheel and tyre safety check, also in my opinion a good idea. More cars on the road that are road worthy, less accidents.

My problem is, my understanding was that when you have the check done, and there are problems they should let you know ALL that is wrong, so that you can rectify the issues and then once you have everything sorted out, go back and pass the test. In other words you pay for maximum two checks. Unfortunately it seems this is not the case. It is beginning to look like a money making racket! Seems they point out one fault per R95 spent!

Not only was the person that helped my husband the first time extremely rude when he pointed out that his front tyre would not pass due to a fault that was not visible unless you looked for it, he also did not complete the check and give him a COMPLETE list of things that are wrong. Being a very patient driver he never uses his hooter, and did not realise that it does not work!
