My mother and I went to Clicks N1 city on 12/12/2013.The line to pay was very long and we stood awhile there waiting to pay. When it came to our turn to pay, the male person at teller told us to wait, and helped someone els before us. When I complained about it, he told me it's because it's an agent he's helping. I told him then that I didn't care and as a paying customer is unfair on me. He's response was to look me up and down and pull up his nose at me. Needless to say I will never do shopping at that Clicks branch again and have recommend my friends, facebook and twitter friends aswell not to do so.
