Rude and Hostile attitude

I went to game Secunda to buy a ecxercise bike advertised in the new pamhlet on arrival i was informed, stock was discontiued, as i really wanted this bike i went to customer care, hoping they could assist me in finding one, Customer care called a supervisor to assist me, she came to the counter ignoring me totally, not greeting at all, the two ladies spoke in a language i could not understand, she turned around and walked away, the lady behind counter informed me to follow her she will go to manager, i ran after her, she spoke to the manager in unknown language, stil ignoring me, after a while, she turnded to me saying stock discontinued, She was blatantly Rude and hostile towards me . not once did the supervisor or the stock manager spoke to me directly regarding my problem, I was very shocked and sad at this attitude toward me.
I left without any indication of help going to be forthcoming
