Spar Good For You? Really?

My mom's hand was injured in a fall on 3rd Dec due to what can only be negligence, they now have cardboard & a wet floor sign in the same spot she slipped & fell yet their statement is "we are not admitting liability". I called customer care that evening & was assured the ops manager would contact me urgently as my mom does not have medical aid & cannot afford unexpected medical fees. Today is the 12th Dec & I have still not received that call. The manager of the Spar paid for a 1st consultation at a GP but refused to pay for the next consultation that the GP advised was required in order to establish wether her hand was fractured. It also came to light that the manager had shown the cctv footage of the fall to a friend and we don't know how many other people which just adds insult to injury as my mom was already very embarrassed. We are not going to just leave this, we will find a way to take the necessary legal action as long as it may take, I don't care how big your company is you don't get to treat people this way, all it would have taken was the necessary medical attention to avoid further complications & perhaps a letter of apology? What would that have cost you? Disgusting!!
